Located in Bernex, this 140 m² holiday home welcomes up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and features 1 bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen with coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, and ski storage. The house offers mountain views and self check-in. Relax in the private garden surrounded by mountains. A shared on-site parking space and street parking are available. Events are not permitted, and quiet hours begin at 10 pm to respect the neighbors. The hosts live on site, but not in the reserved accommodation. The property is right next to the village church. In winter, a free shuttle stops 50 m away, taking you to the family ski resort in 10 minutes and to the Portes du Soleil ski area in 30 minutes. Year-round, enjoy an alpine coaster in the resort. Lake beaches and golf courses are 20 minutes away, and a summer activity park is 10 minutes away. Hiking trails and mountain bike routes are easily accessible. Within a 10-minute walk: sports fields, children’s playgrounds, mini-golf, and an ice rink in winter. A tennis court is 10 minutes away on foot.
